Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cooking pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink.
  3. Drain.
  4. Stir in spaghetti sauce.
  5. In a bowl, combine the eggs, ricotta cheese, 1 1/2cups mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Drain pasta.
  7. Add to cheese mixture.
  8. Toss to coat.
  9. Spoon a third of the meat sauce into a greased 13inch x 9 inch x 2 inch baking dish.
  10. Top with half of the pasta mixture.
  11. Repeat layers.
  12. Top with remaining meat sauce.
  13. Cover.
  14. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
  15. Uncover.
  16. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  17. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
  18. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
