Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Wash the potatoes and slice them 3/4 of the way through (make them about 1/4 inch thick).
  3. Place on an oiled baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle the butter over the potatoes.
  5. Season with the salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Mix together the cheese and breadcrumbs.
  8. Sprinkle the mixture of the potatoes and bake for an additional 20 minutes (or until lightly browned).
