Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped apple
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • cinnamon , to taste

Directions:

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients and pour into a small, sprayed casserole dish.
  2. Mix filling ingredients and pour over the batter. Bake at 350.
