Baked Ham With Waldorf Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place ham on rack in shallow roasting pan.
  2. Bake in a 325ºF oven until meat thermometer registers 140ºF.
  3. In a small saucepan combine apple juice and cinnamon; bring to boiling.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
  5. Remove cinnamon.
  6. In a skillet cook celery in butter until tender but not brown.
  7. Stir in apple juice, chopped apple, pecans, raisins and brown sugar; Cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
  8. Combine cornstarch and water; stir into the apple mixture.
  9. Cook and stir about 2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly.
  10. Remove from heat.
  11. Stir in Calvados.
  12. Serve with ham.
