Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz) container sour cream
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz) box jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 (15 1/4 oz) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 (15 1/4 oz) can creamed corn
  • 1/2 cup margarine

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Beat eggs and sour cream.
  3. Add Jiffy Mix.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add corn and margarine.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes in a 9x13-inch pan.
