Baked Brie And Roasted Garlic

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Remove all but one layer of skin from garlic bulbs and slice a thin layer off the top
  3. Arrange garlic tightly in a small baking dish
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt
  5. Cover with foil
  6. Bake until garlic is very tender,75 to 90 minutes
  7. Preheat broiler
  8. Score a large X in to of each wheel of brie
  9. Set in small baking dish
  10. Broil until browned and bubbly 5-7 minutes
  11. Serve immediately with toasted baguette slices spread with roasted garlic
