Ingredients:

  • 3 slices bacon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

  1. Cut bacon into small pieces and fry until crisp.
  2. Mix together into a bowl the egg, salt, sugar, vinegar and water.
  3. Pour into pan with bacon and cook until thickened.
  4. Cool slightly before pouring over the washed Endive.
