Ingredients:
3 slices bacon |
1 egg ; beaten |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoon sugar |
1/4 cup vinegar |
1/2 cup water |
endive |
Directions:
1. Cut bacon into small pieces and fry until crisp. 2. Mix together into a bowl the egg, salt, sugar, vinegar and water. 3. Pour into pan with bacon and cook until thickened. 4. Cool slightly before pouring over the washed Endive. |
