Bab's Italian Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 2 small carrots , julliened
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp dry basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Boil the pasta al dente. drain. microwave the peas 2 minutes in a little bit of water. Mix the olive oil, vinegar, sugar and spices. I also add some ground pepper. Mix the pasta, cooked peas, juliened carrots, and chopped ham, the pour dressing over the salad, stir and marinate in the fridge until ready to eat.
