  • 6 oz atkins carbcounter low-carb strawberry-banana yogurt
  • 6 oz 1% low-fat milk
  • 1 cup ice

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to blender.
  2. Use ice breaker mode on blender to chop fruit and ice.
