Asian Noodles with Paoched Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 24 oz salmon fillets
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1/4 cup ginger
  • 1/4 cup shallots
  • 4 tsp soya sauce

Directions:

  1. Add water, ginger, shallots to pan. Bring to boil.
  2. Add salmon, simmer 5 mins covered
  3. Add noodles and veg. drizzel with soya sauce. Cook until noodles are done.
