Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs pork chops
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Brown pork chops in olive oil until golden.
  2. Season with rosemary, salt and pepper.
  3. Top with sliced apples and onions.
  4. Bake in a 325°F oven for 1 1/2 hours or until chops are fork tender.
