Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs apples
  • 1 package pie crust mix
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Peel, core and slice apples
  2. Toss with sugar and cinnamon
  3. Put in baking dish
  4. Top with pie crust
  5. Bake at 375 until done - 1+ hour if it's thick
