Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. plus 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 1/2 cup
  • 3 tbsp. skippyu045e creamy or super chunku045e peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp. shedd's spread country crocku045e spread, cut into small pieces

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. In 8-inch baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, toss apples, 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle with water and set aside.
  3. In medium bowl, combine oats, flour and remaining 1/4 cup sugar. With pastry blender or two knives, cut in Skippy® Creamy Peanut Butter and Spread until mixture is size of small peas. Evenly sprinkle crumbs over apples; cover with aluminium foil. Bake 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake uncovered an additional 20 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is crisp and golden. Serve warm or at room temperature and top with a scoop of Breyers® All Natural Ice Cream.
