Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 1 (20 oz) can apple pie filling
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut margarine into dry cake mix until crumbly.
  3. Pat mixture into 13 X 9 inch pan, building up sides slightly.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Spread pie filling over warm crust.
  6. Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples.
  7. Blend sour cream and egg yolks; Drizzle over cake.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes.
