Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup nuts

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Grease pans.
  3. Cream margarine and sugar.
  4. Add eggs and beat well.
  5. Sift flour, soda and salt and stir into creamed.
  6. Mixture.
  7. Stir in oats, apple cheese and nuts, mixing well.
  8. Add milk last.
  9. Spoon into pans and bake for 20-25 minutes or until done.
