Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs , beaten very well then add to
  • 1-1/2 cups matzoh cake meal
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • and mix the above thoroughly
  • 1/4 cup sugar mixed with 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Generously grease a 13 x 9 in Pyrex.
  2. Fit waxed paper in pan, and then turn paper over so that both sides are greased.
  3. Pour 1/2 batter into pan.
  4. Top with 1/2 of the apples, 1/2 of the nuts and 1/2 of the sugar/cinnamon. Repeat.
  5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
  6. Let cool on rack.
  7. Turn out so that you can remove the waxed paper and then put back into pan.
  8. Refrigerate after using.
