Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F
  2. Place almonds on baking sheet for 7-8 minutes or until roasted.
  3. Let almonds cool.
  4. In a bowl, mix almonds and remaining ingredients.
  5. Spoon 1/2 cup chicken salad into each whole-wheat pita half.
  6. May be served with mixed greens.
