Ingredients:

  • 2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, and gently mix. Make sure not to overwork the dough!
  2. Divide in half, roll out on wax paper, and place in pans. (I found that metal pie pans work the best for me.)
  3. With a fork poke some holes in the bottom of the crust.
  4. I think you bake the crusts at 350 F for 10 min. You just want the crust to turn golden brown.
  5. Let cool while you make the berry mixture.
