Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Make meatballs - combine everything and mix thoroughly
  2. Form meatballs - roll between palms
  3. Make 20-24 meatballs, set aside
  4. Combine chicken broth, onion, carrot, zucchini, tomatoes, cumin, oregano and cilantro in large pot
  5. Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer 10 minutes
  6. Drop meatballs into soup (make sure soup is slightly boiling, the meatballs need to cook quickly)
  7. Return to simmer, cook another 10 minutes
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste
