Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup native vinegar (if not available any vinegar, will do)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/8 cup brown sugar
  • garlic clove

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a pan, simmer until tender or the liquid will reduce to half.
  2. Then add cooking oil.
