Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place squash, cut side down, in baking pan.
  2. Pour small amount of water in pan.
  3. Bake in 350-degree oven for 30 minutes.
  4. Combine meat with onion, apple, and oregano.
  5. Generously fill each squash half with the mixture
  6. Bake for 40 minutes longer or until squash is tender.
  7. Serve at once.
