Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs until thick and lemon yellow color.
  2. Mix in remaining ingredients in the order listed.
  3. Fill greased and floured minature muffin tin 3/4 full.
  4. Bake at 300°F for 25 to 30 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  5. These freeze well.
