A Little Sweet Banana Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Chop peanuts and walnuts. Set aside.
  2. In a heavy saucepan, mix brown sugar, vinegar,and water. Crack egg into a small bowl and beat. Add egg to mixture.
  3. Heat on low until low boil, stirring constantly until sauce is thickened. Let cool completely.
  4. Peel each banana. Cut in half. Cut each half in half again.
  5. Arrange on a serving plate.
  6. Spoon cooled sauce over each banana. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
  7. Sprinkle with cinnamin.
  8. For a fancier presentation, serve with whipped cream.
