Zucchini Sauted with Onion

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Slice zucchini and onion
  2. Heat olive oil in saute pan
  3. Saute onions and zucchini with basil and salt and pepper
  4. Add a tbsp water to pan and cover with lid
  5. Let zucchini steam until desired tenderness
