Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup grated zucchini
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 tbsp raisins

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350, grease 1 or 2 pans.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Fill muffin tins about 2/3 full.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
