Directions:

  1. In a large skillet cook bacon and onion. drain and set aside.
  2. In a soup pot or Dutch oven cook potatoes and carrot in water for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender (do not drain).
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients and the bacon mixture.
  4. Cook 10 minutes or until heated through.
