Yummy Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup macaroni
  • 5 ml salt
  • 30 ml margarine
  • 30 ml flour
  • 1 ml salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 ml mustard

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Add oil and first amount of oil to water and boil macaroni.
  3. Melt margarine in sauce pan.
  4. Add flour and salt.
  5. Add milk and cheese and mustard and heat until cheese is melted and sauce has thickened.
  6. Mix macaroni and cheese sauce and put in a small greased casserole dish.
  7. You may wish to add bread crumbs or dill on top.
  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
