Wyoming Prune Cake With Buttermilk Glaze

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large mixing bowl then add oil and eggs.
  2. Beat well at medium speed of an electric mixer.
  3. Add buttermilk and vanilla then beat well.
  4. Stir in prunes and pecans then pour batter into greased and floured tube pan.
  5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes then cool in pan 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from pan and place on serving plate then pour glaze over while both are warm.
  7. Mix all glaze ingredients and allow to cool 5 minutes before pouring over cake.
