White Fish In Herbed Butter

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 lbs white fish fillets (i like true cod, or orange roughy)

Directions:

  1. Mix all but fish in small bowl.
  2. Heat skillet; add butter mixture.
  3. Add fish and saute for about 6-7 minutes on each side.
  4. Garnish with lemon wedges.
