Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place chicken in small bowl.
  2. Mix hot sauce and lemon pepper and pour over chicken, making sure to coat all pieces.
  3. Marinate at least 2 hours Mix the rest of the ingredients in a large pot or crock pot and set at low heat.
  4. Stir fry the chicken in a wok or skillet on high heat until the center of the chicken is no longer pink.
  5. Stir the chicken into the chile.
  6. Simmer on low at least 2 hrs, stirring occasionally. If using a crock pot, prepare the chile in the morning and cook on low all day.Can also prepare in a large covered casserole dish in the oven and bake it at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
