  1. Buy enough whipping cream depending on what size instant pudding you get, (use whipping cream to replace the amount of milk called for on the pudding box)
  2. Just whip it for a few minutes and then add your instant pudding. Watch as you continue whipping it as it gets firm fast. If it gets firm to fast, add a little milk to bring it to the spreading consistancy. I always get many positive responses when I bring out a cake with this frosting/filling combination.
  3. Remember to first chill your bowl and beaters thoroughly before whipping.
