Whipped Amaretto Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Crust
  2. Add all ingredients to mixing bowl and combine well
  3. Press into 9 or 10 inch pie plate and freeze while making filling
  4. Filling
  5. In mixing bowl, mix Ricotta and sugar until smooth
  6. Add almond extract and Amaretto and mix until blended
  7. Stir in almonds and chocolate chips
  8. In separate bowl, whip cream until stiff
  9. Gently fold into filling
  10. Freeze pie at least 3 hours before serving
  11. If frozen over night, set out for 30 minutes or 1 hour in fridge before serving
  12. Garnish with whipped cream and shaved chocolate
