Ingredients:

  • 2 3/4 cups watermelon puree
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Blend chucks of watermelon to make 2 3/4 cup of puree.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, chill, and then process according to the ice cream maker directions.
