Ingredients:

  • 1 4-serving package jello pistachio instant pudding
  • 1 20- oz can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cup ( half of and 8-oz tub ) thawed cool whip

Directions:

  1. Mix dry pudding mix, pineapple, marshmallows and pecans in a large bowl until well blended. Add Cool Whip. Stir gently until well blended. Cover. Refirigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.
