Ingredients:
1 4-serving package(s) jello pistachio instant pudding
1 20-ounce can(s) crushed pineapple, in juice, undrained
1 cup(s) miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup(s) chopped pecans
1 1/2 cup(s) (half of and 8-ounce tub) thawed cool whip
Directions:
1. Mix dry pudding mix, pineapple, marshmallows and pecans in a large bowl until well blended. Add Cool Whip. Stir gently until well blended. Cover. Refirigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.
