Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Sift flour, sugar, salt and baking powder into mixing bowl.
  2. Beat egg yolks well and add milk, continue beating slowly adding the sifted flour mixture, beating until completely smooth.
  3. Mix in melted butter.
  4. Beat egg whites until stiff and gently fold into batter.
  5. Cook in preheated waffle maker.
  6. Also makes great pancakes!
