Very Tender & Juicy Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place pork chops in a large resealable plastic bag or large bowl.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and sprinkle with pepper.
  3. Combine water, salt, and sugar in another large bowl.
  4. Stir well to dissolve sugar and salt.
  5. Pour salt/sugar brine over the chops.
  6. Seal and make sure all the meat is submerged.
  7. Refridgerate 6-12 hours.
  8. Remove the chops from the brine and discard the brine.
  9. Pat the chops dry from the brine and drizzle with a little oil before grilling.
  10. Grill over medium-high heat about 8 min per side.
  11. Let chops rest 5 min before serving.
  12. To make zesty orange sauce:.
  13. Combine orange juice, horseradish, and brown sugar in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil.
  14. Reduce heat and simmer a few minutes until reduced and slightly thickened.
  15. Stir in the mustard and the butter.
  16. Serve with grilled chops or pork tenderloin.
