  1. Cook ground beef, drain.
  2. Heat chili beans.
  3. Mix ground beef and chili beans together
  4. Serve in bowls add lettuce and the cheese.
  5. Break tortilla chips over mixture.
  6. Drizzle on some ranch dressing and mix.
  7. Enjoy!
