  5. IN A BLENDER, COMBINE MILK ,EGGS,OIL, FLOUR,AND SALT; COVER AND PROCESS UNTIL SMOOTH. POUR OVER CHEESE. BAKE, UNCOVERED,AT 400 FOR 25 -30 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
