Ingredients:

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat; add olive oil, ground turkey, chopped onion, chopped carrot, and frozen corn and peas. Cook until turkey has browned and vegetables are soft, stirring as necessary.
  2. Mix in canned diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, white vinegar, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, dijon-style mustard, ground paprika, and salt. Reduce heat and simmer (uncovered) until thick, about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Toast buns or bread, if desired; then top with turkey mixture. Serve hot.
