Tuna Steaks with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brush tuna with olive oil; sprinkle with pepper to taste. For every inch (in thickness) of tuna steak, broil or grill for 10 minutes. Turn once to cook evenly. Pure roasted red bell pepper, green onion, tomato paste, garlic clove and pepper flakes in a blender or food processor. Serve sauce over cooked tuna; garnish with parsley.
