Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients with a fork in a bowl (don't overmix or it will have a sandy texture and not a crab meat texture).
  2. Melt butter in frying pan.
  3. Place mixture in patty shape in butter.
  4. Cover with lid on medium heat 3-4 minutes a side.
  5. (be very careful when flipping because it does tend to break apart).
