Directions:

  1. Saute Onions and Garlic in olive oil until soft
  2. Add Pepper, Comino, Oregano and Chiles. saute for 1 min.
  3. Add Pork and saute until light brown and sealed
  4. Add remaining ingredients
  5. Simmer on low, covered for 1.5hrs
  6. Your gonna like these flavors!
