Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 9 pan.
  2. Beat together oil, sugar, vanilla, coffee powder, egg, yolk and milk.
  3. In another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
  4. Gently stir dry ingredients into the egg mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in the fudge chunks.
  6. Bake 25 minutes, until they begin to pull away from the pan.
  7. Chill completely before cutting and serving.
