Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Place margarine in large microwavable bowl; cover loosely with waxed paper.
  3. Microwave on high for 30 seconds or until melted.
  4. Cool slightly.
  5. Add remaining ingredients.
  6. Stir until well blended (dough will be very stiff) Drop dough by level 1/4 c, two inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  7. Flatten slightly.
  8. Bake 13-17 minutes, just until set.
  9. Do not overbake.
  10. Centers should be soft.
  11. Let stand on cookie sheet 1 minute.
  12. Transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
