Ingredients:

  • for mint chutney
  • mint leaves-i bundle
  • coriander leaves-2 bundles
  • garlic -2 cloves
  • ginger -1nch piece
  • lemon juice-2 table spoons
  • sugar -1/2 tsp
  • salt-as needed
  • bread slices-6

Directions:

  1. Remove the sides of the bread slices
  2. Grind the ingredients of mint chutney to a smooth paste.
  3. Spread one spoon of chutney over one bread slice and keep another slice over this .
  4. Spread the ketchup over this slice and keep the third bread slice over it.one sandwich is ready
  5. Repeat with other 3 slices
  6. Note: this mint chutney may be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for more than 2 weeks
