mint chutney and tomato ketchup as bread spread Ingredients:
for mint chutney |
mint leaves-i bundle |
coriander leaves-2 bundles |
green chillies-2 or3 |
garlic-2 cloves |
ginger -1nch piece |
lemon juice-2 table spoons |
sugar-1/2 teaspoon |
salt-as needed |
bread slices-6 |
tomato ketchup-2 tablespoon |
Directions:
1. Remove the sides of the bread slices 2. Grind the ingredients of mint chutney to a smooth paste. 3. Spread one spoon of chutney over one bread slice and keep another slice over this . 4. Spread the ketchup over this slice and keep the third bread slice over it.one sandwich is ready 5. Repeat with other 3 slices 6. Note: this mint chutney may be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for more than 2 weeks |
