Tomato Soup Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups white sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 (11 oz) can tomato soup
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3 cups white flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 350.
  2. Mix in 2 seperate bowls dry ingredients then wet ingredients. Combine together and mix well.
  3. Pour batter into desired pans. For 9x11 pan cook 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean at center. For 2 9inch rounds cook 27-32 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Dust with powdered sugar while still warm. Or chill and then frost with cream cheese frosting,vanilla,buttercream,or carmel frostings.
