Ingredients:

  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 oz. mozzarella fresh , 1 oz.
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning

Directions:

  1. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
  2. Add mozzarella sliced.
  3. Drizzle olive oil and add seasoning.
  4. Mix well and serve!
